3. Service Terms

3.1 Acceptance of Work

We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that we determine cannot be safely or effectively repaired or altered.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

3.3 Completion Times

Estimated completion times are provided as guidance only. Actual completion times may vary based on workload and complexity.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your garments
• Disclose any known defects or previous repairs
• Collect completed work within 30 days of notification
• Pay all fees promptly upon completion

5. Liability and Warranties

5.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but not normal wear and tear.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to garments with pre-existing defects
• Color bleeding or fading during cleaning
• Damage due to garment age or fabric deterioration
• Loss or damage to items left over 30 days

6. Unclaimed Items

Items not collected within 30 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items after 90 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

9. Dispute Resolution
